Are you young? If so, lots of employers don't expect much if any work history. You can put down any pertinent school classes, extra curricular groups, odd jobs (like baby sitting) or volunteering work that relates to a job.

If you aren't in/right out of high school put down any life experience. Same stuff as listed above along with any skilled hobbies you have (such as wood working, auto repair, care giving etc.)

If you don't have anything at all to put down for work history then simply fill out your application and try and turn it in directly to the person who will be supervising/interviewing you. Simply say, "I know I don't have a work history but I would love the chance to talk with you about this position and how I feel I am qualified for it." or something of that nature.

You can put it on there, the college is unlikely to investigate or do anything about your tax status! But you might have her put you on the official payroll to be safe. If you're only working part time, you are probably not making enough money to have to pay (federal) taxes anyway.

I would list all the positions you have had and any experience that might apply to this new position (Even things such as customer service experience helps as an engineer, your customers are the co-workers you serve).
But I have never heard a resume should only be one page. In fact, my resume with my job expereinces, and educational experience is 5 pages.
You are new to the job market, list everything you have done and how long you were with those companies. Employers like stability.
