You probably don't need a resume. If you want to work at a restaurant or a retail store or something, you can just go in and fill out an application.

If you're really set on making a resume, you should include your educational information (e.g. where you've gone to school), any volunteer or extracurricular activities that you're involved in, any leadership activities you've participated in, and any awards you've won.
