Well, Im still in lottery myself and My sister was chosen...You have to wait by July 6, that's when summer youth started but if you're not chosen by now...There's no hope. They select people by computer drawing so they just let the computer pick ramdom people. But If they didn't call you by now you don't have a job.

the only 5x5 workout is the full-body kind. if you are doing a muscle split, you are not doing 5x5.

the only problem is that, for a novice, 5x5 will be too intense for you. you will experience much better gains if you simply stick to a routine like the mark rippetoe "starting strength" novice program. it is similar: you squat every day, then alternate between press/power clean and bench/deadlift, adding weight every workout. there simply is no workout better for adding mass to a new trainee.

One of facts that foreign students return later to live in US and they are educated and productive workers, so though some group may feel competition but society as whole benefit from this program, moreover local students know market better and consequently are pressed to seek better positions.

Our kids loved "wet race" (outdoors).
You can also make paper airplanes and boats. It's always fun.

The Young Canada Works program may be ideal for you. They will find you a job in your field And help with travel living expenses. One of my kids went from Quebec to Alberta and actually made money on the deal.
