Have you tried looking for an intership with a company? Most are not paid or if they are, they are not paid well. Also look for volunteer jobs.

Make sure you to talk with everyone in the company and get to know them. Thats how your build your network. Who knows, after you graduate, they will serve as your work or personal references.

You have skills that will transfer to insurance claims. Just make sure to really research the company as the same workload issues come up in claims. Maybe you can talk to the manager. If you have a job you love you should look at all possibilities to stay before moving on as that is hard to find.

fun and can put up with your peers when they go out.. work a local amusement park, the zoo, or around the beach etc..

don't want to be harassed by idiots. work in the library , museum... they are calm meaningful places to work..museums and libraries have collections of movies you can see for free!

want to explore career interest in medical field or science. work in a hospital.. careers there lead to good $$$.
Want to discover humanities .. work in a shelter for homeless teens..

I've had fun working at art camps for homeless elementary aged kids.
