If you need the money do it. Working with Children is good experience. Most Heads of companies have kids and would appriciate someone who works with kids. I own my own business and would like to see it on an applicaiton. All I want is someone hard working, willing to learn, and grateful.

If u want to do ur work experience as a psychologist or counsellor then you should try and apply for experience with social workers as this would give u a good insight. Working in a shop or cafe might give u experience of working with people and money but it wont help you to chose a career - dont sell yourself short!

i dont know but i would highly suggest you do work that is related to your career. you will be glad you did when your future employer is reading your resume.
