Work experience for a 15 year old.?

We Answered:

I think you need to suck it up a bit. Their not ridiculous hours. Work experience is what it says experience of work and their working hours. I don't think its slave labour its not even that long and its only for a week so don't worry about it and anyways by the end you'll probably want to stay longer anyways I know I did.

15 year old - Work Experience?

We Answered:

if you want an exciting place then you will need to sort it yourself. the school will get you a position with a building company or the council or some other local company which they already have good links with. You can get in contact with the BBC Human Resources section and see what they can offer.

Good luck,

Claude Said:

What jobs or volunteer work can 15-year-olds do?

We Answered:

I'm 15 and work for my town's local newsletter. I don't get paid, but it fulfills my service requirements for school, and is actually pretty fun-- I'm learning a lot about my town. I've also worked in a warehouse that distributes clothing and toys to needy children. There are probably a lot of volunteer organizations around you; the internet is at your disposal! I've also helped out on a local farm and at a food bank-- really you just need to ask around and do a little research and you'll be surprised at how many people want your help!

I am trying to set up work experience for my 15 year old in an office environment?

We Answered:

Does your 15yrs old want to work in an office environment?
I presume it's your daughter?
Try sticking her on your computer for half the day and on the phone for the other half, send her for coffee 3 or 4 times, you know the drill.
Maybe even ask your 15yrs old what he/she would like to do for "the rest of your life".
If it is indeed your daughter there are an amazing amount of women out there Not in an office environment.
