Anna Said:

okay so im 15, 16 in july and i want a work experience in journalism for the summer holidays...?

We Answered:

Jobs in journalism at large metropolitan and national newspapers, broadcast stations, and magazines are often very competitive. Most employers prefer individuals that have a bachelor’s degree in journalism or mass communications. Practical experience gained at school newspapers or broadcasting stations as well as internships with news organizations are critical requirements to get hired in this field.

You can call your local newspaper and ask them if they would allow you to gain some experience with them. You won't get paid, though. You're too young anyway. If they don't work during the weekends, maybe you can try this for the summer. Then your studies really won't get affected and you can work more during the week without a problem.

Sports journalism Work experience (Triadent)?

We Answered:

I would suggest that you reconsider doing the work experience offered at the newspaper. It will afford you the opportunity to learn how information is gathered, processed and presented. It may also give you the chance to meet people who have power or influence in your chosen field.
Don't limit your opportunity to learn by being too picky, you have much to learn and need to make the most of every opportunity that comes your way.

Journalism work experience.................any help at all?

We Answered:

get an internship!
contact local magazines, newspapers, or tv stations [depending on what exactly you want to get into] and see what they have to offer for people your age. i'm assuming you're around 15/16 years old and generally they require you to be at uni level...but some will take secondary school students.
