Work Experience Guidelines

Geraldine Said:

work experience: what should be worn?

We Answered:

Well for my work experience I also went to a school, I loved it! :)
For me it also said 'Smart' Didn't really explain anything.. But what I wore:-
Normal black school trousers.
Black flats, cos you're more likely to be stood up all day.
Just a plain t-shire, doesn't matter what it's like as long as it's plain.
If it ever gets cold, a simple cardigan wouldn't go wrong.
Hope this helped! x

How long should I work at my new job before putting a new resume out there?

We Answered:

Actually there is no such time limit to leave the current job.which you have . .
I personally suggest you to don't switch between the companies till you are not satisfied with your current job to put in your resume . . .
have look on some sample resumes

How do I make a female Bi-sexual relationship work? Are there standards and guidelines to follow?

We Answered:

Well, why do you fight? What do you argue about?
If its just petty arguments, talk to her about it.
Explain to her that you want an honest relationship, you care for her very much, and that you hope no one will come between you.

Keep trying; don't give up..
I think you can make this work.
You said that you love her and have a lot of fun with her, so be strong.

Make her see that you will NOT let anyone get in the way of your relationship, and that she shouldn't either.

Volunatry work in an infants school?

We Answered:

I think your idea of voluntary work prior to starting university is a very good one and I'm sure a lot of schools would be glad of some extra classroom help.
You would have to undergo an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check, which could take some time and for which you would probably have to pay. It would be worthwhile approaching your local Child Services for advice and information or perhaps give the head of your local infants school a call.
Good luck!

I have Work Experience coming up and i have no clue what to do , does anyone have any ideas?

We Answered:

Hi,

What a wonderful opportunity to do something new! You could start by doing those on line tests that show you what areas you are good/ interest in (mechanical, administration, physical, working with the public etc). You could select something you enjoy doing (music - music teaching in a primary school for example). Finally, you could try to ask friends and family what they think you are good at - they know you well and could have some interesting ideas.
If all else fails - do something fun!
