Previous experience working with children is a plus. Having a certificate authorizing you to work with children in a public school is also a plus.

However, the FBI/state background clearance is different. You'll have to be fingerprinted and have the background check done all over again.

Don't say "I speak both English and Spanish my whole life". If you were to say that to me in an interview, I would question how well you could speak either language.

You should say instead, "I am bilingual in English and Spanish" or "I have spoken both English and Spanish my whole life" or "I grew up speaking both English and Spanish".

What is your degree? Is it a degree in something that would support your experience? Like an education degree? If it is, I would definitely mention what your degree is and how it will help you be a good tutor.

You have to be able to explain to the student why what they are saying is incorrect and then teach them the correct way and give examples and non examples of proper usage. (Like when you are teaching the differences between ser and estar, why you would want to say Estoy loca instead of Soy loca and then give examples of proper usage for each one.)

You have an authentic accent and can really help students with pronunciation, cadence, intonation, and "enlace". Don't forget to mention this!
