How should I answer TARGET interview questions without work experience?We Answered:
Answer the questions "as if". Obviously they now from your application you have limited experience what they are really looking for is how you will treat their customers and handle other situations/scenarios they give you. It doesn't matter if you have actually been in that position before, just say, "If that happened while I was working for you I would..." and then answer with however you would deal with the situation.Good Luck!
