Absolutely.
A Pharmacy depends upon honest people. Employment in one (assuming you do not get fired) implies you are trustworthy to a greater degree even than working in a bank. This will look good on your CV.
If you are going to school for Medicine or Nursing or another health field, it will look good as professional experience as well. You must have learned something relevant, even what is more expensive than what. And law issues.
I shall assume you are not pursuing a Pharmacy degree or your question would have been phrased differently.

Your "resume" at this point will be nothing more than where you've been going to school and perhaps involvement in things such as scouting.

At your age, all they really want to know is three things:

1) Will you show up on time and finish your shift?
2) Will you do the work....or screw around?
3) Are you going to steal stuff?
