Maybe you could do yours in a clothes shop, like New Look or River Island.

The library I work in has an arrangement with the local secondary schools. We take 1 or 2 work experience students at various times throughout the year. The schools contact us with names of the students. We don't tend to accept people who just come in and ask. So it seems that every area has different rules. I suggest you ask the staff at your library on Saturday or ask your teacher whether the school can arrange it for you.
