There is no such thing, what you are looking at is a scam.

If you want to get work experience in America, you will be looking at a max three month internship unless you are a visiting professor or a ranked sportsman. Most probably you will not be able to get the kind of visa that will allow you to be paid unless you are in something like a summer camp programme.

You will need to organise this yourself through your own connections. If you are lucky you will be offered accommodation otherwise you will have to fund that too.
