-Maybe, it's up to you, imply how working there would help you learn more about your future patients rather than working there as a good place to start.

Hahaha, i wanted to do that but my school didn't offer it. I live in Somerset as well, But i think the best way is to find a theatre and give them a call. No harm calling to find out, and you might just get lucky! I know last year the Bristol Old Vic took a theatre group for the week, so i don't see why others wont.
