My husband is an architect - he offers 2 work exp placements a year and they are highly desirable for kids wanting to become architects. Due to the demand, the winners usually come from our friends and families. Imagine how good it looks when the kids apply for architecture at uni and can say they've worked for an award winning company AND have a reference!
