The only thing I can suggest is to contact the producers of the show you are interested in doing work experience on. Some theatres have rules as to how old people have to be before doing work experience, but you won't know unless you ask. Don't expect to be given much to do if you do manage to get some work experience. Look on a search engine for the show or theatre you are interested in, look for who to contact (not box office!). Just as an example, I have linked the Really Useful Group information (Andrew Lloyd Webber). I have never worked for him (and probably never will!).

It doesn't really matter that much because if you change your mind over what you want to do you can always find work experience later on which is more suitable. But if you have a clear idea of what you want to do then your year 10 work experience can be very useful if in the appropriate job sector.
