You are not going to find this easily. Although there are internships, these are invariably oversubscribed as they are considered a good way to get hired. So you will need to make personal contact preferably through someone who can pull a few strings to come up with something like this.

Also, remember that you will not be able to be paid and that you will need to provide yourself with accommodation so this will cost you a good bit of money.

Every well established professional including a Physician needs a skilled Assistant to help in organising the office and other aspects of the practice. If you take up your training seriously, there is every possibility that you can secure a well paid job anywhere you go, particularly in the developed world.

Besides that, if you add an element of care and concern for the suffering of the patients, you may even grow up from a Para Medic to a Medical practitioner when the opportunities arise. This invariably happens to any one with the Service attitude. The fringe benefits of power and privileges follow naturally and may even precede your actual training for the higher level starts, if you are in a rural setting and have stepped in to alleviate suffering when the certified professional is not readily available or is unable to perform his/her duties.
