Why don't you go and try to apply for a fashion magazine company e.g - marie clare,look,vogue etc.??
Or you could try the tate modern for artwork??
For animals I would work at the r.s.p.c.a or a high standard vets. You could even work on the animal kingdom floor of harrods and help the animals there but not sure if they'd let you, you could try??
For horses why don't you try and apply to a race track or work at the stables, some r.s.p.c.a have horses too.
